David Fifield - Partner
David joined Hallett and Co in 1980 and qualified as a solicitor in 1990.
He became a Partner in the firm in 1994 and heads our residential conveyancing department.
He deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, buying to let and tenancy agreements and leases.
Outside of work, David enjoys swimming, walking, cycling and taking an interest in the local community.

Jonathan Hudson - Partner
Jonathan joined Hallett and Co in 1987 and firstly trained to become a Legal Executive. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a Partner in the firm in 2000.
Jonathan deals primarily with residential and commercial conveyancing matters but also deals with other non-contentious matters. He has established useful links with many of the building companies currently active in Ashford.
He attends the New Romney office on a Thursday afternoon and is also happy to arrange home visits for people who can not make it into the office.
Away form work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

Ann Blackford - Licensed Conveyancer
Ann is a very experienced member of staff who became a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer in 2002. She deals with all aspects of buying and selling residential property.

Kacy Ford - Legal Executive
Kacy joined Hallett and Co in September 2002 and is a qualified Legal Executive.
